What is the video review, and is it really free?
We record 5–7 minutes of your screen with your site: how it opens on a phone, whether the form works, what the person sees after sending, whether analytics is installed. We don't look inside your CRM without access: what happens to a lead next, we go through with you. At the end we say which package fixes the problem. It's free.
What if everything works for me?
We'll say so plainly in the review. You lose nothing: the review stays with you, and we won't invent problems.
How is the review different from a mystery shopper?
The review is free and looks at the site from the outside: does it open on a phone, does the form work, is the path to a lead clear, is analytics installed. The mystery shopper at $18 checks people: we send a lead as a customer, time how many minutes it takes a manager to reply and through which channel, go through the consultation and write a report.
Who do you work for?
Mainly for training centers in Almaty: language schools, IELTS and SAT centers, study-abroad agencies. If you have another business with inbound requests, write to us and we'll tell you honestly whether we fit.
